Remembrance Day Ceremony Nov 11, 2025 Memorial Park

Come out and pay your respects to veterans during this very moving event. Legion members, colour guard and cadets will march to Memorial Park Cenotaph at 10:30. Service includes prayers, recognition of local Veterans who have passed this year and wreath-laying ceremony.

Christmas Parade

Nov 29, 2025 1:00 pm Downtown

Get on Santa's good list! Come to the Santa Claus Parade downtown Port Hope Saturday, November 29th, starting at 1:00 pm.

Join Branch 30 members as we lead the parade welcoming the big guy for the holiday season. Its a cavalcade of festive sights and sounds, featuring marching bands and floats. So bundle up and come on out! Food donations are being accepted.

Meetings

Members Monthly Meetings

Members Monthly Meetings are held at the branch on the 4th Sunday of each month at 2 pm. Please note meetings are not held during the summer (July and August), as well as the month of December.

Executive Meetings

Branch executive meetings are typically held monthly and are for elected and appointed executive members only. The purpose of these meetings is to govern the branch, discuss and approve policies, manage finances, and oversee committee activities.

Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting (AGM) for members is a core part of the organization's governance structure. At our AGM we conduct branch business, such as holding elections for the executive, presenting our year end financial statements, and ratifying any by-law amendments. The AGM is held in June. Look for details here late spring.
